A podcast for
women runners
still figuring it out.

Like the long-run conversation we’re all having—about running, motherhood, hormones, ambition and identity—with expert answers to the questions we’re actually asking.

Meet your hosts

Ashley Arnold

Ashley Arnold is a Montana-based writer, brand strategist, podcast host, trail runner and mom of two whose work explores running, motherhood, identity and the ways time outside shapes who we become. She is the host of Raising Wild and a lifelong lover of the outdoors who believes being outside makes us more resilient, more curious and more connected to ourselves and each other. She brings honesty, lived experience and a lot of questions to the conversation, not because she has it all figured out, but because she is right there in the middle of it, too.

Rebecca "Trax" Trachsel

Rebecca Trachsel, better known as Trax, is a Boston-area runner, writer, high school cross country and track coach, music lover and mom of two. She has been running since fifth grade, started marathoning after her second daughter was born and brings the “10 years ahead” perspective to conversations about training, motherhood, ambition and change. Don’t let the fact that she’s a bit more seasoned — fine, older — fool you: she still has plenty of ambition in the tank and plenty of questions, too.

Fleet Feet is a founding partner of Still Running, helping us bring honest, useful conversations to women runners who are navigating training, life and everything in between. With locally owned stores across the country, Fleet Feet is built around helping runners find the right gear, support and community to keep moving.

Our launch season is supported by Altra, who supports Still Running and our mission to create honest, useful conversations for women runners navigating training, life and everything in between.
